Run both morning and night our range of classes cater for all skill and fitness levels, from those just starting out to seasoned group fitness participants. Utilizing our pools, group fitness room, stadium, gym and the surrounding parks and trails, the Yarra Centre provide a fun way to exercise with a group of like minded people. Run by our qualified and experienced Fitness instructors the range of Yarra Centres Group Fitness and Aqua Aerobics are tailored to helping you achieve results, relax and enjoy exercise.
BOOT CAMP
Back for its second year the Yarra Centre Boot Camp is one of our most popular group fitness classes. So what is boot camp? Boot camp is army style training modified to give the best possible results over a short period of time. Using the great outdoors come rain, hail or shine Boot Camp will take your fitness to another level.
