WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ATTENDING IN 2021
Happy 2021!!! We are looking forward to a wonderful year after a very different year last year. The Yarra Centre Creche/ Playroom will be returning on Wednesday 27th January 2021. Enrolment forms will be available online or can be printed out and collected at the Yarra Centre. All enrolment forms must be fully completed and signed and be dated with the year 2021 and each child on the form must have an up to date Immunisation form. The Immunisation forms must also be dated 2021 and can be printed from the mygov.au website or the Medicare website. Bookings must be made and can be made a week in advance. At the moment due to government regulations we are only allowed 6 children in the room but you will be notified of any changes to this when we are made aware of them.
Enrolment forms and immunisation forms need to be brought in when you come in with your child and need to be checked and signed by Yarra Centre Creche/Playroom staff. Before you leave your child. Sign In/Sign Out forms will be in the entry of our creche/playroom. We run Monday to Friday 9.00am to 12.00pm and we are closed Public Holidays, Christmas Holidays and Code Red days.
All Children are encouraged to bring a named bag with spare clothing, named water bottle and a healthy snack, we are also a nut free centre. I know at times it’s nice to bring in your own toys from home but unfortunately with things the way they are at the moment we are unable to allow toys from home to be bought in as I’m sure you understand and we truly appreciate your support with this.
There is a small fee that you need to pay per child per hour which you pay at the front desk on arrival.
We are very excited to see you all on our first day back.
From The Yarra Centre Creche/Playroom Staff 😊
